2015-2016 Home Energy Assistance Program
The Ohio Development Services Agency (ODSA) offers income eligible Ohioans assistance in paying their utility bills and to improve energy efficiency of their homes.
HEAP (Home Energy Assistance Program) provides a one-time benefit annually to your primary heating source account. For example, if you heat your home with a gas furnace, a credit will be applied to your gas bill.
Complete the 2015-2016 Energy Assistance Programs Application to apply for HEAP (click on “Energy Assistance Programs Application”), or visit your local provider in person. The following is a list of local HEAP providers, and it is advised to call ahead and make an appointment.
