Understanding When Caregiving Begins – A Workshop for Family Caregivers

Many family caregivers often create self-imposed criteria that must be met before they consider themselves a caregiver. However, caregiving is a journey that often begins much sooner than one  realizes. Identifying as a family caregiver is the first step in finding empowerment in a care role so one can access resources and support in this stage of life. Join us for this free, small-group, interactive program that will help define when caregiving begins.
