Preparing, Processing & Understanding Grief – A Workshop for Family Caregivers

Grief is a complex emotion that can deeply impact any individual. Living life as a caregiver, grief can be even more present and confusing. Whether preparing for the possibility of losing a loved one, or grieving the loss of the relationship you once had, grief is a difficult feat for everyone. In this free workshop, you will learn how the brain works concerning grief in addition to learning tools to help deal with emotions.

All attendees are eligible to receive a free copy of the Powerful Tools for Caregivers book mailed to their home after the workshop.

Presenters: Rebecca Bickett and Jared Mueller from the Kettering Health Network’s Years Ahead Health Center.
