Humor as a Stress Buster – Free Workshop for Family Caregivers

Did you know that humor is extremely beneficial to memory? Not only does laughing lighten one’s mood, but it also decreases stress which in turn, enhances your memory. Through this workshop you will learn-

  • ways to reduce the negative effects of stress,
  • boost your immune system,
  • increase your attention, concentration, and memory skills,
  • and improve communication plus build relationships.

Join us for this interactive and fun small-group discussion that covers the importance of laughter and how it benefits many aspects of your life overall.

Presenter: Kathy Kilpatrick, a Speech-Language Pathologist and Memory Fitness/Brain Health Specialist focused on Geriatric Life Enhancement. She is also a motivational speaker and author who developed the Communication Connection website and programming.
