Stress and Its Impact on Memory – A Workshop for Family Caregivers

Did you know that stress affects your memory? The responsibility of caregiving can become overwhelming and add additional stress to one’s life. When a caregiver looks at the bigger picture and adds self-care to the to-do list, there is an opportunity to put the daily routine in a better balance. During this workshop, you will learn how to reduce stress and implement practical strategies to lessen those memory challenges.

All attendees are eligible to receive a free copy of the Powerful Tools for Caregivers mailed to their home after the workshop.

Join us for this interactive and fun small-group discussion that covers the importance of laughter and how it benefits many aspects of your life overall.
