Help for Low Income Seniors to Purchase Fresh Fruits and Vegetables

The Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program (SNFMP) serves low income seniors, age 60 and older, who are at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Line. Approved seniors will receive $50 in coupons to spend on fresh fruits and vegetables!

In partnership with the Ohio Department of Aging and the Area Agency on Aging, PSA 2, Homefull will be administering the program for the agency’s 9-county service area: Champaign, Clark, Darke, Greene, Logan, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, and Shelby.

Due to COVID-19, the program was delayed until July 1, 2020 and will run through October 31. Click here to access the brochure describing the program and approved produce.

If you are interested in becoming an authorized farmer or farmers market to accept coupons, please contact Roddy Patterson, or access the Homefull hotline at (937)-262-4618.

If you are an interested senior and would like to apply for the program, click here to access the SNFMP application. All applications must be mailed to the Homefull address below, or scanned and emailed.
