Healthy U

The Area Agency on Aging offers evidence-based workshops called Healthy U that help people throughout our nine-county region learn strategies to manage their chronic conditions and feel healthier.  Each interactive session lasts about two hours.  Yes, it is a big time commitment, but when have you ever made lasting change with little effort? It is the weekly sessions and support of those with similar challenges that help Healthy U participants to make and meet their personal health goals.

Open workshops are posted below and on the Healthy U Facebook page, healthyuaaa2.   Additional information about Healthy U is available under Programs.
