Premier Health Plan Ending Medicare Advantage Plan
March 7, 2018
Premier Health Plan will no longer offer a Medicare Advantage plan effective April 1, 2018, and beneficiaries should have received a letter from the plan outlining their options. Those currently enrolled must make decisions before April 1 about how to get health and prescription drug coverage, or they will be auto-enrolled in original Medicare for Parts A and B, and Silverscript Part D. However, beneficiaries can make a different selection as late as May 31, 2018, and will have a guaranteed issue for Medicare Supplemental Plans A , B, C and F.
