Public Comment Period for Assisted Living and PASSPORT Medicaid Waivers Now through Oct. 16

The Ohio Department of Aging posted for public comment on proposed amendments to the Assisted Living and PASSPORT Medicaid Waivers, prior to the submission to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) for review. The period for public comment is September 17, 2024, through October 16, 2024.
