Seeking Public Comment on PASSPORT Medicaid Waiver Amendment

States are required to give public notice of Medicaid waiver amendments and renewals, and provide a 30-day public comment period. The Ohio Department of Aging (ODA) is planning to amend the PASSPORT Medicaid waiver, and the draft waiver amendment will be posted on the ODA website between August 15, 2016, and September 15, 2016.
Individuals interested in or impacted by changes to ODA Medicaid waivers are encouraged to participate in this public comment process.
