Applications are due 5pm Friday, January 17, 2025, from interested presenters to conduct one-hour programs specific to education of family caregivers within our nine-county region. The Agency on Aging provides these free workshops to help family caregivers better understand their role, available services and information, how to better care for their loved ones and themselves, and more. Agency staff assists in scheduling and promoting each event. The 2025 workshops will be a mix between online via Zoom or in-person at senior centers, libraries, and other locations.
Interested applicants are asked to submit a bid proposal that 1) describes their experience and qualifications, 2) provides all information requested in the proposal, and 3) complies with project specifications.
The Agency will award bids based on speaker expertise and availability, proposed topics, regional coverage, cost, and compliance with specifications. The Agency is not bound to commit to any bid proposal and reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
Proposals are due at the Agency by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, January 17, 2025. Selection will be made by the end of February, and all bidders will be notified by mail. Click here for more information and the proposal form.
