The Area Agency on Aging’s Healthy U workshops are evidence-based health promotion programs available in communities throughout our region. These interactive six-week workshops provide proven tools and strategies to better self-manage your chronic condition. Three programs are offered: chronic disease self-management, diabetes self-management, and chronic pain self-management. The 2016 workshop calendar is coming to a close, but workshops will be offered throughout the agency’s nine-county region throughout the coming year.
