Healthy Living with Chronic Pain – Sidney

Join the Senior Center of Sidney-Shelby County for this free, six-week workshop meeting 9-11:30am Tuesdays, Nov. 4 through Dec. 9. This evidence-based program proven to help older adults to better manage the daily ins and outs of living with chronic pain.

Attendance at all six sessions is not required, but you’ll get the most out of the program by attending at least four sessions.
