Join us from the convenience of your home 1-2:30pm Tuesdays, June 3 through July 8, to connect with other caregivers and discuss ways to reduce stress and feelings of guilt; improve communication skills with family, medical professionals and others; methods to include bits of relaxation, goal-setting and problem-solving into your schedule; and more. Materials for this free workshop will be mailed to participants’ homes before the first session. Register by May 20 in order to receive the materials and Zoom link in advance. Don’t worry if you can’t attend all six sessions – new topics are introduced weekly while others are built upon.
If not familiar with Zoom, let us know when registering to schedule a pre-session to review the program to help you feel comfortable, plus the workshop link will open 30 minutes prior to each session if you want to log-in early to ensure connection.
