Caregiving and You Talks at Dayton Libraries

Dayton Metro Libraries host the Agency’s Caregiver Services Coordinator Mary Hairston for multiple Caregiving and You talks in September and October about informational and educational resources available for caregivers.

• Monday, Sept. 23, 6-7pm
• Northmont Branch, 700 W. National Road., Englewood

These talks introduce attendees to DaytonAreaCaregivers.com, a free resource provided by the Area Agency on Aging encompassing information on home and community-based services, resources, activities, and supports for family caregivers. Ms. Hairston will also discuss the wide variety of caregiving and share what’s available to help family caregivers to care for themselves as well as they do for others. These resources are also helpful for people who may one day hire paid caregivers, and for paid caregivers to learn more for their work.
