Excellent information is at hand through the Area Agency on Aging, PSA2, providing free access to Trualta, an online, skills-based information and training site built specifically for family caregivers. Register at your convenience to find phone support groups, webinars, relevant topics about personal well-being, various health conditions, helpful tips for in-home caregiving tasks, Alzheimer’s and other dementias, safety and injury prevention, brain health and much more. Trualta’s approach is all about creating trained and confident caregivers to better help family members to thrive.
