Healthy Living with Chronic Pain – Workshop in Sidney

No one treatment or approach for chronic pain works for everyone, but Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Pain reviews various techniques and methods to help you feel better. The Senior Center of Sidney-Shelby County offers this free, interactive workshop to meet weekly in-person for six weeks Noon-2:30pm on Mondays, November 4 through December 9. Lunch will be provided to participants before each session at 11:30am. Learn skills and new habits to better manage symptoms and enjoy each day a little bit more. New topics are discussed each week.

Advance registration is requested to ensure seating. This program was created at Stanford University and now directed by the Self-Management Resource Center.
