To recruit, screen, and facilitate the certification and enrollment of HCBS waiver providers to provide an adequate supply of services to
protect the health and safety of HCBS waiver enrollees, and provide for their long-term service needs of.


Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of two years prior experience in home care for the elderly and disabled adults,
home health care, medical social work, gerontology, or other substitute approved by the Executive Director. Excellent verbal & written skills with persuasive ability
