To effectively develop, implement and oversee the Agency’s compliance program to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies and ethical standards. To provide strategic leadership, identify and mitigate risks, and foster a culture of accountability across all levels of the organization.
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field such as healthcare administration, nursing, public health, law, etc. Preferred Licensed Social Worker or Registered Nurse holding active license in the State of Ohio holding active license in the State of Ohio.
Minimum of two (2) years prior experience in healthcare compliance, healthcare administration, home health care administration, or other related fields, with compliance and risk management experience. Current federal, state and industry-specific regulation knowledge.
