To coordinate and complete employee-facing activities, handle daily work to recruit, hire, train and engage staff; bridge administrative tasks to these activities related to onboarding; support the HR Administrator in areas as needed.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Basic understanding of labor laws and HR Compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and confidentiality, strong computer skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Experience with retirement/benefit plans a plus.
