The Area Agency on Aging, PSA 2 (AAA) seeks Letters of Intent from service providers who are interested in receiving a four-year contract for fiscal years January 1, 2023 – December 31, 2026 through a competitive Request for Proposal process for provision of specified services under the following programs.
Older Americans Act Title III Community Based Services
Care Coordination
Caregiver Support
A Matter of Balance
Powerful Tools for Caregivers
Healthy U
Home Repair
See links below to obtain the Letter of Intent Guidance that also provides planned funding levels, and the Letter of Intent (LOI) form. Complete all the information requested on the LOI. LOIs must be submitted electronically and received no later than July 5, 2022 by 11:59 pm. Late LOIs will not be accepted if received after that date and time.
Agencies who submit the LOI by the due date will receive a notice of an informational session to be held via Zoom on July 6, 2022 at 1:30 pm to review the proposal packet and answer any questions. Attendance at the informational session is not required.
Important: The Application packets (Proposal packets) will be sent electronically only to agencies who submit an LOI by requested due date of July 5, 2022.
Proposals must be submitted electronically per proposal packet instructions and received no later than Monday, August 8, 2022 by 11:59 pm. Late proposals will not be accepted if received after that date and time.
