Agency Seeks Letters of Intent for Service Contracts 2027 – 2030

The Area Agency on Aging, PSA 2 (AAA) seeks Letters of Intent from service providers who are interested in receiving a four-year contract for fiscal years 2027 – 2030 through a competitive Request for Proposal process for provision of specified services for older adults age 60 and older, residing in Champaign, Clark, Darke, Greene, Logan, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, and Shelby counties under the following funds:

• Older Americans Act Title III Community Based Services
• Older Americans Act Title III Evidence-Based Services
• Older Americans Act Title III Nutrition Program
• Care Coordination *Senior Community Services
• Caregiver Support *Title III-E National Family Caregiver Support Program

Letters of Intent are due on or before May 22, 2026. Questions are to be directed to Chelsea Herdman, Community Services Director for the Area Agency on Aging, PSA 2 at 937-341-3074.

LOIs must be submitted electronically via the survey and received no later than May 22, 2026, by 11:59 pm. Late LOIs will not be accepted if received after that date and time.

Applicants who submit the LOI by the due date will receive an RFP packet and notice of an informational session to be held via Zoom on May 27, 2026 at 2:00 pm to answer any questions. Attendance at the informational session is not required.

Important: The Application packets (Proposal packets) will be sent electronically only to applicants who submit an LOI by requested due date of May 22, 2026. Proposals must then be submitted electronically per proposal packet instructions and received no later than Tuesday, June 30, by 11:59 pm. Late proposals will not be accepted if received after that date and time.
