CarFit Program Coming to Springfield

July 5, 2024

There’s more to safe driving than how you drive. The Clark County Combined Health District, 529 E Home Road, Springfield, Ohio, hosts a free CarFit program for mature drivers 10am-Noon Saturday, July 13. Call 937-390-5600 ext. 250, to schedule an approximately 20-minute session with trained experts including Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers to show how to enhance comfort, safety and fit within your vehicle. CarFit is an educational program developed by the American Automobile Association (AAA), AARP, and the American Occupational Therapy Association. Along with the fitting, participants receive information and resources on enhancing safety in the driver’s seat.
