Check Older Mobile Devices for 3G Connection

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) advises people owning older cell phones, tablets, emergency response systems, and some home alarm systems with mobile connections to check with their service provider on whether these items and systems use a 3G network. Mobile providers are phasing out their 3G network systems throughout 2022 in favor of changing to more advanced network services.
