The Area Agency on Aging is collecting responses to a community survey seeking information and opinions to assist in planning for the future needs of the aging population throughout the nine-county region. Click here to complete the survey.

Every four years, Ohio Area Agencies on Aging submit a new area plan for programs on aging to the Ohio Department of Aging. Information gathered through the survey will be analyzed and considered as the Agency develops its strategic annual plan covering the period 2027-2030.

The Area Agency on Aging, PSA 2 helps older and disabled adults of west central Ohio remain in their homes with independence and dignity. The agency is an independent, private, nonprofit corporation that plans and funds services for older persons in Champaign, Clark, Darke, Greene, Logan, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, and Shelby Counties.
