Not Always So Jolly – Caregiving Through the Holidays

The holidays are stressful for many. Grief comes in different forms and at different times throughout the caregiving journey which can add overwhelming stress to the caregiver’s life. We can be proactive in choosing how we will get through difficult times. This presentation explores common losses affecting us and those we are caregiving for, common presenting symptoms, and strategies that have been helpful for many to help best approach the 2021 holiday season.

Join us for this interactive program that reminds you that it is okay to not be okay. Not Always So Jolly – Caregiving Through the Holidays is a free, small-group, online workshop.

Attendees to our Caregiver Workshops are eligible to receive one free copy of the Powerful Tools for Caregivers mailed to their home after the workshop.
