Age-Friendly Dayton will offer three options for listening sessions hosted at Dayton Metro Library, main branch. These sessions are a key part of developing the Age-Friendly Action Plan with the goal of gaining a deeper understanding of the needs and wants of older adults living in Dayton.
The Area Agency on Aging conducted a Community Health Needs Assessment survey throughout our nine counties in fall 2025 to accurately identify community needs specific to our unique demographics and region. This information will be consulted toward developing our 2027-2030 comprehensive four-year plan strengthening existing partnerships and building new ones, providing resources, and addressing gaps to help residents throughout our region to age in safety and contentment in their preferred homes.
