Aging Mastery Program – Urbana

Back by popular demand, the Urbana-Champaign County Senior Center (UCCSC) hosts the Aging Mastery Program 1:30-2:30pm Mondays, March 16 through May 11 This 10-week program addresses topics presented by local experts:

• Navigating Longer Lives
• Exercise and You
• Sleep
• Healthy Eating and Hydration
• Financial Fitness
• Medication Management
• Advance Planning
• Healthy Relationships
• Falls Prevention
• Community Engagement

This workshop is sponsored free by the Area Agency on Aging, PSA 2, and open to both UCCSC members and the public age 55 and older. Please register either in-person at the Senior Center or call Kelsey Campbell at 937-653-6088. This workshop began March 9 but you’re welcome to join within the first few weeks! Sign up to start March 16.

We understand schedule conflicts may arise some weeks, and attendance at all 10 sessions is not required. Participants gain the most benefit from attending at least seven of the topics.
