Aging Mastery Program – Urbana

The Urbana-Champaign County Senior Center (UCCSC) will host the Aging Mastery Program Noon-1pm Thursdays, July 11 through Sept. 19 (no session on July 25). This 10-week program addresses these topics, several of which are presented by local experts:

• Navigating Longer Lives
• Exercise and You
• Sleep
• Healthy Eating and Hydration
• Financial Fitness
• Medication Management
• Advance Planning
• Healthy Relationships
• Falls Prevention
• Community Engagement
