Aging Mastery Program – West Liberty

The Otterbein Green Hills SeniorLife Community in West Liberty hosts the Aging Mastery Program 1:30-2:30pm Mondays, April 7 through June 16 (no session on May 26). This 10-week program addresses these topics presented by local experts:

• Navigating Longer Lives
• Exercise and You
• Sleep
• Healthy Eating and Hydration
• Financial Fitness
• Medication Management
• Advance Planning
• Healthy Relationships
• Falls Prevention
• Community Engagement

This workshop is sponsored free by the Area Agency on Aging, PSA 2, and open to both Otterbein Green Hills SeniorLife Community residents and the public age 55 and older. Register by April 3 by calling the Green Hills RSVP Hotline 937-465-0700 and leave your name, phone number, and that you will attend the AMP classes.
