Aging Mastery Program – Sidney

The Senior Center of Sidney-Shelby County hosts the Aging Mastery Program 9-10am Wednesdays, July 2 through September 17 (no sessions on Aug. 6 & 27). This 10-week program addresses these topics presented by local experts:

• Navigating Longer Lives
• Exercise and You
• Sleep
• Healthy Eating and Hydration
• Financial Fitness
• Medication Management
• Advance Planning
• Healthy Relationships
• Falls Prevention
• Community Engagement

This workshop is sponsored free by the Area Agency on Aging, PSA 2, and is open to Senior Center of Sidney-Shelby County members and the general public age 55 and older. Participants receive a free workbook that covers each subject area, along with sections and exercises to track your personal goals and progress. Attendance to all 10 sessions is not mandatory, but participants get the most benefit from attending as many as able.
