Aging Mastery Program – West Liberty

The Green Hills Community in West Liberty will host the Aging Mastery Program 2:30-3:30pm Mondays, September 16 through November 18. This 10-week program addresses these topics, several of which are presented by local experts:

• Exercise and You
• Sleep
• Healthy Eating and Hydration
• Financial Fitness
• Medication Management
• Advance Planning
• Healthy Relationships
• Falls Prevention
• Community Engagement
