You Can’t Pour from an Empty Cup-A Workshop for Family Caregivers

Becky Ketron from Montgomery County Alcohol, Drug Addiction, and Mental Health Services will address caregiver stress and the importance of self-care in this free, online workshop meeting 11am-Noon on Wednesday, December 4. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions.

Details needed for registration include your email, phone number, and mailing address if interested in receiving a free Powerful Tools for Caregivers workbook and living in the Agency’s 9-county service region.
