Caregiver Mindfulness Walk-Charleston Falls Preserve, Tipp City

Miami County Park District and the Area Agency on Aging collaborate on hosting a free Caregiver Nature Walk for respite and support to family caregivers 11am-Noon on Wednesday, July 24, at Charleston Falls Preserve, 2535 Ross Road, Tipp City. Join a park naturalist for a walk that will introduce adult mindfulness and contain a meditation practice. This walk is a great opportunity to get out in nature and learn together. This walk will take about one hour, is not strenuous or fast-paced, and open to all caregivers and their loved ones.

Depending on the weather, trails may be wet. Participants are asked to meet at the trailhead near the parking lot, and to wear appropriate shoes.
