Healthy Living with Chronic Conditions – Centerville/Washington Township

The Washington Township RecPlex Joyce Young Center hosts Healthy Living with Chronic Conditions 9:30am to Noon Mondays, July 21 through August 25. This free, small-group workshop is open to the public. Healthy Living workshops are evidence-based programs developed by Stanford University/Self-Management Resource Center and proven to help older adults living with chronic health conditions to improve their daily health. Meeting weekly gives time to build new skills, practice what you learn, and share experiences with others – all with time and encouragement to make changes you want to make.

New participants are welcome through the second session – if you can’t attend July 21, please register and let them know you’ll start on July 28.
