Healthy Living with Chronic Conditions – Phone Workshop

From the comfort of your home, join this free, small-group workshop meeting weekly by phone 11am-Noon Tuesdays from April 23 through June 4 (no session on May 14). Workshop materials are mailed directly to participant’s homes. No internet connection or smartphone is required – this operates like a conference call using a regular phone. This workshop is open to all older adults living with chronic health conditions and/or family caregivers assisting people living with chronic health conditions. Registrations after April 12 are asked to pick up the workshop materials from our downtown office before the first session.
