From the comfort of your home, join this free, small-group workshop meeting weekly by phone 1-2pm Wednesdays from August 28 through October 2. Workshop materials are mailed directly to participant’s homes. No internet connection or smartphone is required – this operates like a conference phone call and is beneficial to adults age 60+ and family caregivers who assist adults living with chronic pain. Registrations received after August 14 are asked to pick up the workshop materials before the first session from either our downtown office or from United Senior Services in Springfield.
