From the comfort of your home, join this free, small-group workshop meeting weekly by phone 2-3pm Thursdays from May 9 through June 13. Workshop materials are mailed directly to participant’s homes. No internet connection or smartphone is required – this operates like a conference phone call and is beneficial to adults age 60+ and family caregivers who assist adults living with chronic pain. The deadline to register is May 1 to receive materials prior to the first session.
