Healthy Living with Diabetes – Bellefontaine

The Luther Community in Bellefontaine hosts Healthy Living with Diabetes meeting 10-11am Wednesday from July 29 through September 9 (no session on August 5). This workshop is open to the public and Luther Community residents. Please contact LeAnnea to register at 937-593-8803. All workshop materials will be provided at the first session.

Healthy Living with Diabetes is an informative and interactive program for people diagnosed with or nearing Type 2 Diabetes and/or their caregivers. Meeting weekly gives time to build new skills, practice what you learn, and share experiences with others – all with time and encouragement to make changes you want to make.

Attendance at all 6 sessions is not mandatory, but people gain the most benefit by attending at least four sessions.

This program is supported by the Area Agency on Aging, PSA 2, with funds through the Older Americans Act.
