Healthy Living with Diabetes – Phone Workshop

From the comfort of your home, join this free, small-group workshop meeting weekly by phone 11am-Noon Wednesdays from May 1 through June 6. Workshop materials are mailed directly to participant’s homes. No internet connection or smartphone is required – this operates like a conference call using a regular phone. This workshop is open to all older adults living with chronic health conditions and/or family caregivers assisting people living with chronic health conditions. The deadline to register is April 24 in order to receive materials before the first session.
