Healthy Living with Diabetes – Springfield

Healthy Living with Diabetes is for people diagnosed or nearing Type 2 Diabetes and/or their caregivers. Meeting 9-11:30am Tuesdays from August 27 through October 1, build new skills, practice what you learn, and share experiences with others – all with time and encouragement to make changes you want to make.

The Clark County Combined Health District offers this interactive workshop to meet weekly in-person for six weeks in the Springfield Masonic Community’s Festival Green Club House, 2655 W. National Road, Springfield. Register to the Clark County Combined Health District at the info listed below.
