Healthy Living with Diabetes – Workshop in Springfield

Healthy Living with Diabetes is for people diagnosed or nearing Type 2 Diabetes and/or their caregivers. Meeting 1-3:30pm Thursdays from May 2 through June 6, build new skills, practice what you learn, and share experiences with others – all with time and encouragement to make changes you want to make.

The Clark County Combined Health District offers this interactive workshop to meet weekly in-person for six weeks in the Gaier Meeting Room at the Clark County Public Library downtown branch, 201 S. Fountain Ave., Springfield. Register to the Clark County Combined Health District at the info listed below.
