Matter of Balance-Bellefontaine

The Friendly Senior Center hosts this free, 4-week workshop open to people age 60 and older 1:00-3:00pm Tuesdays and Thursdays March 18 through April 10. This Matter of Balance workshop is a collaboration between Mary Rutan Health, Goodwill Easter Seals Miami Valley, and the Area Agency on Aging. It is free and open to the public.
