Focused on the working caregiver (working full-time while caring for loved ones at home), this free online workshop aims to provide a clearer understanding of the caregiver experience, and a stronger sense that you are not alone in juggling caregiver responsibilities. For managers, this workshop addresses fostering trust, retention, and a human-centered workplace environment.

Presenter is Janet Fouts, a mindfulness and emotional intelligence coach, speaker, and author with more than 20 years of experience. She founded the mindfulness and meditation website Nearly Mindful, and has delivered two TEDx talks on resilience, compassion, and emotional costs of caregiving.

Attendees are eligible to receive a free Powerful Tools for Caregivers book mailed to their home after the workshop.
