Eaton hosting Free Falls Prevention/Balance Workshop Sept. 15

Learn what to do and look for to help stay safe and independent with this free one-session workshop conducted by the Sinclair Community College Physical Therapist Assistant program 10am-Noon on Wednesday, Sept. 15, at the Preble County Council on Aging in Eaton. This workshop features great instructors, helpful information, fun exercises, and a quick accumulation of excellent knowledge that you can use immediately and forever.

• Learn what trip/fall hazards to look for in your home and throughout your community.
• Practice exercises to improve your balance and strength.
• Review things you can do to help prevent trips and falls.
• All participants receive an exercise band and informational materials to take home.
