CLINICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST

We are seeking support staff to assist case managers with seniors needing long-term care services to remain in the community. Functions in coordination and support of the Case Management staff. Activities include client and community agency contacts to ensure the approval and ongoing eligibility for Medicaid.

Prior experience in social services is beneficial. Associate Degree desired in Gerontology or related field. Computer literacy a must. Excellent communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks.
