Advisory Council Seeks Representatives for 2025

Consider helping older adults in your community by representing your county on the Area Agency on Aging’s Advisory Council. The Agency seeks active representatives to learn and share information about resources and services, and advise on local needs.

The Agency has Advisory Council openings for representatives of Clark, Greene, Logan, Miami, Montgomery, Preble and Shelby counties. Terms begin on April 1, 2025. The Advisory Council meets monthly in Tipp City.

The Advisory Council is composed of three representatives from each of the nine counties in our service area who work to help older adults in their communities. The Advisory Council advises the Board of Trustees regarding the administration of federal and state funds for services to people age 60 and older, and other issues impacting older adults and their caregivers.

The deadline to apply is Friday, February 21, 2025.
