We are seeking RNs and LSWs to assist seniors needing long term care services to remain in the community. Must have good assessment skills.

Communications and Training Coordinator

The position is responsible for coordinating communications and training activities promoting the Agency and its services throughout a nine-county region, in addition to assisting with the administration of wellness programs. The qualified candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or related field, a minimum of two years of experience in a professional position, and experience in written communications, proofreading and editing, public speaking, and training. Familiarity with services/programs for older adults is a plus. The candidate will be able to spend extended periods of time on the computer to write and assemble a variety of promotional and informational materials in both print and virtual formats, as well as travel to represent the Agency at various public meetings and events throughout the nine counties. Skills needed: Strong attention to detail, ability to work in both a self-directed manner and as a team member, ability to prioritize and organize tasks, and excellent verbal and communication skills. The position requires extensive use of Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop.
