Amendments to PASSPORT and Assisted Living Waivers Posted for Public Comment

Proposed amendments to the PASSPORT Medicaid Waiver and to the Assisted Living Medicaid Waiver have been posted for public comment through August 31, 2018.  The amendments will then be submitted to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services for review.
