Caregiver Nature Walk Oct. 10
Five Rivers MetroParks and the Area Agency on Aging collaborate on hosting free Caregiver Nature Walks for respite and support to family caregivers. These will meet 11am-Noon on Tuesdays Oct. 10 and Nov. 14. Meet Five Rivers MetroPark and Area Agency on Aging staff members for a walk in the park followed by a short social time to meet with other caregivers and gather information on programs and services.
These walks are open to all caregivers and their loved ones. Registration is requested but drop-ins are welcome. To register or for more information, please contact Mary Hairston, Caregiver Services Coordinator, at 937-341-6944 or mhairston@info4seniors.org.

Hills & Dales MetroPark
Paw Paw Camp 2471 Deep Hollow Rd., Oakwood, OH 45419
Meet at Paw Paw shelter to then walk a section of the Adirondack trail. This ½ mile section will combine natural surface trail and the wooden board walk. From the boardwalk participants will look for various birds and wetland plant species, continuing to Dogwood Pond to enjoy the beautiful fall color of Hills & Dales MetroPark. Bring a water bottle. Dress for the weather, sunscreen and hat are recommended.

Cox Arboretum MetroPark
Park Entrance 6733 Springboro Pike, Dayton, OH 45449
Meet in the Visitor Center 5/3 Room. Gather inside the visitor center in the 5/3 room and then walk the paved loop path. This ½ mile accessible path goes by the highlights of the arboretum. Bring a water bottle. Dress for the weather, sunscreen and hat are recommended.
