Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program Produce Distribution Box: Clark County

The 2023 Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) provides $50 coupons to eligible older adults age 60 and older for use at participating farmers markets and roadside stands. The program runs through November 30.

Clark County has an opportunity for older adults to receive SFMNP produce boxes this October and November. Newly enrolled older adults must complete the SFMNP application by Friday, October 13. You can scan and email applications to info@homefull.org or leave your completed application at United Senior Services in Springfield.

Distribution of SFMNP boxes will occur on Friday, October 27, 2-4pm and November 17, 2-4pm in the USS parking lot. For more information, please contact info@homefull.org or call (937) 262-4618.

In partnership with the Ohio Department of Aging and the Area Agency on Aging, PSA 2, Homefull administers the program at farmers markets and farm stands for the Agency’s nine-county service area: Champaign, Clark, Darke, Greene, Logan, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, and Shelby.

Eligible adults are age 60 and older, and at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level (annual income at or below $26,973 for a household of one, or at or below $36,482 for household of two). Sign up today!
