Healthy Living with Diabetes – Springfield

The Springfield Masonic Community hosts Healthy Living with Diabetes meeting 9-10am Tuesdays November 18 through December 23, in the Festival Green Club House, 2665 W. National Road. (Note: The 5th session will meet 9-10am Monday, Dec. 15, but the remaining sessions are all Tuesdays). This workshop is conducted by the Clark County Combined Health District.

Healthy Living with Diabetes is an informative and interactive program for people diagnosed with or nearing Type 2 Diabetes and/or their caregivers. Meeting weekly gives time to build new skills, practice what you learn, and share experiences with others – all with time and encouragement to make changes you want to make.

Attendance at all 6 sessions is not mandatory, but people gain the most benefit by attending at least four sessions.
