Healthy Living with Diabetes – Springfield

The Clark County Combined Health District hosts Healthy Living with Diabetes 1:00 – 3:30pm Mondays from April 7 through May 12, at the Clark County Public Library, 201 S. Fountain Ave., Springfield, in Meeting Rooms 1 & 2. This is free and open to the public. Healthy Living with Diabetes is an informative and interactive program for people diagnosed with or nearing Type 2 Diabetes and/or their caregivers. Meeting weekly gives time to build new skills, practice what you learn, and share experiences with others – all with time and encouragement to make changes you want to make.

New participants are welcome through the second session – if you can’t attend April 7, please register and let them know you’ll start on April 14.
