Healthy Living with Diabetes – Springfield

The Clark County Public Library hosts Healthy Living with Diabetes meeting 10:30-11:30am Fridays, March 13 through April 17, at its Northridge Branch Meeting Room, 4925 Middle Urbana Road, Springfield. This workshop is conducted by the Clark County Combined Health District.

Healthy Living with Diabetes is an informative and interactive program for people diagnosed with or nearing Type 2 Diabetes and/or their caregivers. Meeting weekly gives time to build new skills, practice what you learn, and share experiences with others – all with time and encouragement to make changes you want to make. Attendance at all 6 sessions is not mandatory, but people gain the most benefit by attending at least four sessions. A $50 gift card will be issued to participants who attend at least 4 of the 6 sessions.
