Help the Area Agency on Aging Plan for Future Programs and Services

Please share your experience and opinions to help the Area Agency on Aging, PSA 2 (AAA) plan for the future by completing a short survey (link below).  The anonymous survey responses will help AAA plan for the future needs of our aging population throughout our nine-county region. Participation is easy and your input is very important.

Every four years, Ohio Area Agencies on Aging are required to submit a new Area Plan for Programs on Aging to the Ohio Department of Aging.  Information gathered through the survey will be analyzed and used to update the AAA Area Plan covering the period 2019-2022.
